About me

I'm a native Coloradoan who was looking for her place around the globe until the most wonderful man became my best friend and made me his wife. Once we found out we were having a surprise baby babies things got hard, challenging, wonderful and so very happy. I really don't know much about this mommy business but I do know it makes my heart so very happy. I never really expected to love being a mom as much as I do, not that I am very qualified for the task, far from it...hence the "in training" in my blog title but I love it all the same. I love Jesus and I usually cry when I think of all he has done for me and my little family. (Tears of happiness of course!) My words will always be inadequate to describe Him and how I have experienced His mercy, so I'm trying my best to rely on Him while stumbling through the everyday beautiful, chaotic, messy and blessed life He has given me.
